Do you have what it takes to be a lifeguard?
Would you like to enrol on a course to be one?
To become a lifeguard you need to be a strong swimmer, caring, committed and,
most of all, have good concentration skills.
Trafford Community Leisure Trust regularly hold R.L.S.S. NATIONAL POOL LIFEGUARD COURSES atSaler Leisure Centre.
Our courses cost £195 and are either held weekly or as crash courses
(every day for one week)

Please note:
to enrol on a lifeguard course you must be 16 yrs old or over, Have the ability to swim 50 metres in one minute or less. You must also be able to swim 100 metres continually on your front and then your back, tread water for 30 seconds, surface dive to the deepest part of the pool and then climb out of the pool without using the steps.
