This course is ideal for all new or expecting parents. In addition, due to the beneficial nature of the course, other close family members are welcomed.
The course is supported by Manchester United and run by our fully qualified trainers. They are held monthly at different leisure centres across Trafford.
The courses last approximately 2 hours and teach you "what to do" in the event of a child/baby choking,stopping breathing or drowning
