Zest Plus located at GH Carnall is a fitness suite with a difference. The Gym is made up of 10 hi-tech motorised pieces of fitness equipment that aim to work your hole body in just 30 minutes.
The machines are fully automated and allow all kinds of users from novices to regulars to achieve a great workout.
The Zest + gym is separate to the main gym and this allows for a more private workout. Instructors are at hand to give any assistance and provide fitness programming so you achieve the best results.
