Zest, Gym 11-15's

Membership

Trafford Community Leisure Trust's Zest brand offers all 11-15 year olds a great value gym membership. The membership is only £12 a month and provides use of all our "Gym 11-15" sessions as many times as you want within the month.

For a more comprehensive fitness package which includes swimming and rackets check out our family memberships.

If you don't fancy a membership we offer a pay as you go option, simply turn up and pay for each session. Contact a centre for further details. Click here to find your nearest one.

Gym Times

Our Zest gyms have dedicated times for all young people aged 11 years and above. At All sites the gym can be used between the hours of 3.30pm - 5.15pm Monday - Friday and at weekends at various times (see below). During all holiday periods there are additional sessions Check out the holiday zone area for more details.

Please note an induction and parental consent form must be completed before being able to access the gym. (Download Consent Form)
