Trafford Aikido

Aikido is a non-competitive Japanese martial art suitable for men, women and children. It is based on blending with attacks rather than using force or strength. A form of self-defence that incorporates mind/body training. Ideal for improving fitness.

Beginners always welcome.

Clubmark accreditated Club.  Member of the Lancashire Aikikai http://www.lancashireaikikai.org who are recognised by the national Governing Body - the British Aikido Board http://www.bab.org.uk

Sunday sessions:

Juniors (8-15 yrs) 6.30 till 7.30pm
