Treadmills, Bikes, Classes, Circuit Training and much more. For fun & Fitness come down to a Fit Zone session at your local Trafford Leisure Centre and workout in our Zest Health and Fitness Gyms and Classes.
Fit Zone is available at all Leisure Centres in Trafford just click on a centre on the right to see a current timetable. All sessions are for kids aged 11-15 years and are fully supervised by qualified fitness instructors.
For something a bit special Sale and Stretford have the ZEST - gym on offer. This gym is exclusively designed for kids so they can get a resistance workout using specially designed equipment.
Help and advice is available and fitness programming is given to ensure you're working out the right way. So if you want to get fit and be healthy, don't miss out, bring your mates a long and come and see us.
