All new fitness suite users will undergo an initial health assessment as part of their induction. Following this our instructors will select the right induction for you, ranging from our speedway induction to our comprehensive induction we are sure to provide the right induction for you to make sure you head in the right direction. To arrange an induction simply contact your local centre and book a convenient time.
Our fully qualified instructors can design exercise programmes for every possible need from weight loss to muscle tone. They can also monitor and motivate you so that you can reach your exercise goal.

With over 150 classes a week provided across our sites we are sure to have something to suit your needs. Weather it be Boxercise, circuits or yoga our fully qualified instructors are sure to get the most out of you! Class schedules are available and are reviewed regularly. If you’re looking for a demanding workout or to relax or be invigorated our swimming and sauna facilities will cater for you. Our 5 pools host a variety of sessions ranging from lane swimming to adult only sessions. A selection of our sites have saunas and health suites which are available to all our customers and are an ideal way to unwind and relax. All our pool and Sauna facilities are equipped with changing facilities hot and cold showers, lockers and hairdryers.
If your after a bit of competition and fun, Our Zest memberships can offer you racquet sport facilities of the highest level ranging from squash to table tennis.
