Pierre’s Body HIIT:
This class shows you what your body can truly do. Behind the EPOC science this body weighted high intensity interval class is the pathway to quick fitness improvements. 5 minutes of multifunctional movement followed by 5 minutes of cardio.

Plyo-Shock Circuits:
Using the latest PT techniques and exercises this concept randomly pulls you out of circuit to perform plyometric moves for 30 seconds of your best. All you need is a mat and ironclad will.

Core Blimey:
MIIT meets HIIT in this epic split. Alternate between core exercises and explosive moves to leave you lean and mean. Take on the 'Addition' and 'Elimination' rounds to see who's left standing at the end. 7 exercises, 3 rounds, amen.
