School to Club Link Agreement
School-Club Links focuses attention on activity for young children that will take place outside the school curriculum, helping guide young people from sport in school to clubs.
A school club link is a partnership between a school and a local club that has achieved or is working towards achieving accreditation, developed to provide opportunities for young people to get involved in a sport outside of the school surroundings whatever their age or ability in a safe environment. Achieving a High Quality School Club link can have various benefits for the organisations and individuals involved.

At Trafford we have increased the number of High Quality School to Club link agreements significantly this academic year and hope to continue to do so in the future. We now have 78 official club links (the most out of all boroughs in Greater Manchester) and hope this will increase to 100 before the end of the year. Looking forward it is our aim to assist every school to obtain at least 1 High Quality School Club link by the end of next year.
