Tuf*C, founded March 2004 is all about giving young people an opportunity within their local communities to have a say and a hands on approach towards healthy living and lifestyles through the delivery of a range of sports and social activity.

Trafford Leisure Trust gave Tuf*C the opportunity it sought by offering the Trust's facilities absolutely free as well as providing oragnaisational support and also helped to organise the now regular and very successful Saturday night sessions - Urban Leisure. These sessions have now spread to Partington, Stretford, Sale and Old Trafford Leisure centres.

Tuf*C has grown from humble beginnings and pride itself in providing a safe and healthy environment for everybody to enjoy.
