Gyms aren't just for adults >>
Our two Zest- (minors) gyms are located at Sale and Stretford Leisure Centre. The gyms are funky dedicated gyms exclusively for children as the equipment is specially designed to provide a safe and effective workout. Zest- gives a full resistance workout which can improve amongst other things strength, posture, muscle tone and metabolism.

The Zest- gym includes;
- The latest hydraulic equipment specifically designed for kids and teens
- Fully qualified Fitness instructors
- Exercise Programming
- Ability to get a great aerobic and resistance workout
- Special sessions and classes such as quick circuits and family sessions

The Zest- gyms are supported by Manchester United FC and were launched by top goal scorer Ole Gunner Solskjaer. The gyms are also backed by Endsleigh Insurance and Force Fitness.
