Classes last 30 minutes and uses bodyweight exercises which target the largest muscle groups in the body for greater effect. There is no need to use any equipment. This is not an endurance class so there's no need for you to pace yourself to avoid looking like the least fit person in the room. Everyone should be putting in their maximum effort. There is no choreography so don't worry if you don't know your left from your right.


The workout that gets big results. The classes last 30 minutes and uses bodyweight exercises which target the largest muscle groups in the body for greater effect. Ultrafit will obliterate calories and create lean and functionally strong bodies in quick time, with simple un choreographed, high intensity intervals and get quick results.


Mix of the graceful steps of Ballroom and the up tempo steps of the Latin dances together to create a really fun, energetic and effective way to stay fit and keep trim that would appeal to everyone, even if they couldn't dance. A dance fitness programme that is ‘so much fun you don't even realise you're getting fit!'

X - 5 series 

This workout hits five key components of fitness cardiovascular, muscle strength and endurance, flexibility and body composition. This is a 45 minute, high intensity workout, for those of you already with advanced fitness levels.  


Spinning is an instructor led cycle class that is fat burning, muscle toning and figure shaping. Suitable for all levels of fitness as you work at your own pace.

Please note - if you are new to spinning & it's your first time, could you please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts & the instructor will go through a pre-induction with you.

Circuit Training

An instructor led station workout to increase endurance and muscular strength. Maximum results in a short space of time.


A big aerobic session with state of the art, sound, lighting and a team of motivating instructors creating a fantastic atmosphere for a fun class. These sessions are run by Freestyle Fitness head to their web site to find out more

Combat/Kick Circuits/Box Fit

A high intensity class with cardio, strength and toning workouts using exercise techniques from martial arts and boxing arena.

Aerobics/Total Workout

Effective classes with easy to master choreographed routines, set to great music with a mixture of hi and lo impact moves. Some sessions include floor work for body sculpting.


Exercising to music, this class with a step platform will give you great results. It has easy to follow choreography. Beginners sessions are also available.

Holistic / Body and Mind


Pilates is an invigorating form of exercise for your mind and body that will improve your strength, flexibility, overall mobility and core conditioning.


Yoga will balance the body in mind and spirit with a combination of exercises that stretch, reshape and strengthen the body.

Abs Spine and Posture.

This is a 30 minute concentrated session, working on body alignment, posture and strengthening of the core area.

Strength and Toning

Body Conditioning/Body Sculpt

Conditioning classes that may include equipment such as hand weights, body bands, steps and mats to improve your body tone and strength. Floor work is included for a total head to toe workout.


Kettlebell training is a unique form of exercise that is fun and scientifically proven to burn fat fast, increase strength and improve cardio-vascular fitness. This class will show you the fundaments of kettlebell training whilst working every muscle in your body.

Plyometric Circuits

A class not for the faint of heart – using High Intensity Interval Training paired with explosive body weight exercises focusing on achieving a maximum range of movement we push the boundaries of your body’s ability. This class will strip your body of fat and greatly increase muscular endurance and core strength. CAUTION: This is a class for the dedicated and the committed, we take no half measures and never quit.


This combines high repetition weight training with aerobic conditioning. It will tone and strengthen your body to help you lose weight and ultimately change your body shape in record time.

Aqua Aerobics / H20 Workout

A full body workout that uses water as a resistance, suitable for both swimmers and non swimmers alike. Some of these sessions are run by Freestyle Fitness head to their web site to find out more


Fitball classes are predominantly a core stability class with a mix of cardio exercise integrated into the class. The class is a 30 / 45 minute intense workout.

Stay Active

Stay Active Sessions are suitable for either the more mature person or persons either starting exercise for the first time or returning to exercise after a long break. These sessions will include gentle aerobics, body toning and stretching.

Gentle Aerobics

As it says on the tin, a great workout with lo impact moves.

Stretch and Tone

Gentle movement to stretch and tone the body with simple moves.

Stretch and Strengthen

A class for deconditioned people, gentle stretching for persons with less mobility or mobility problems.

Simple Circuits

A simple circuit session using equipment such as steps, small weights and Therabands. This is suitable for people who are recovering from illness or injury, who suffer from COPD, heart conditions or who are new to exercise. The session is 45 minutes in length. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace.

Simple Circuits in Water

This session is ideal for people with joint or weight problems as the water will support your body. Also suitable for people who are new to exercise or have other ongoing medical problems. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace. The session is 30 minutes in length with the option for a gentle swim at the end of the session.
