Antenatal aquatic activity is one of the best ways to prepare for the birth of your baby. From the moment of conception to the birth of your child, Antenatal aquatics will keep your muscles and breathing strong and will help you to relax.

The water will support your body weight allowing you to unwind, encourage suppleness and flexibility.

Thursdays, 11.45-12.45

Please note at these sessions there is either a nurse or physiotherapist in attendance.
